Definitely Worth a Comment - Transaction Failures

I think we have all suspected that this is the case but never seen any empirical evidence to support our theory.

Online transaction failures can wreak havoc on E-business, forcing 40 percent of online consumers to abandon transactions entirely (seven percent) or turn to competitors (32 percent).
